Our Process

STORY
DEVELOPMENT

The first chapter begins - the initial conversations around the project. Developing the concept and direction of the production, establishing any creative ideas, and determining the necessary budget to create the best creative project possible.

PRE-
PRODUCTION

With a solid concept and budget in-hand, the team will plan and execute all the fine-detail tasks that must take place before production begins. This is where we’ll hash out the script, shotlists and story boards, scout locations, and make all the necessary preparations ahead of shoot time.

PRODUCTION

(OUR FAVOURITE PART)
Production is the stage where the well-conceived story and script gets fully actualised with the filming of each scene. Depending on the production, the crew could be anywhere between 1-5+ people, from a solo shooter-director, to having a producer, director, cinematographer, sound recordist, grip, gaffer, hair & make-up artists, stylist, drone operator and production assistants.

POST-
PRODUCTION

After filming has wrapped, the editing of the visual and audio material begins. In post-production, the team brings the story to life by cutting together the raw footage, editing, sourcing or producing original music, crafting the sound design, adding FX, and then finishing up with the colour grading.

Arron Leppard

Since 2005, I’ve worked in photography and video, with commissions in over 45 countries. From living with mountain tribes to filming on luxury yachts, my goal is always to tell stories that resonate.

After several years in Bali immersed in holistic health and personal development, I’m now back in London, bringing that experience into everything I create.

Since 2012, I’ve focused on authentic yet cinematic, documentary-style video production, particularly for brands and individuals working to make a difference. For me, storytelling is about connection, empathy, and impact.

As the founder of Anther Media, I lead each project creatively and personally, building a tight-knit, personable crew tailored to the needs of each production. It’s not just about the end result, but the process and the people that matter.
